ODOT Driver Education Program pays partial tuition for all Oregon students between the ages of 15 and 17. As a result, Horizon Driver Education Program offers an additional $75 discount for low-income students that qualifies for SNAP, free and reduced school lunches. If you are a student receiving this low-income program, please answer "Yes" to the question provided below and enter the discount Code# as HD2021 but please, keep in mind that answering yes to this question may require you to submit a proof of valid document shows that you're receiving this low-income program . If you are not receiving any of these low-income programs, please, answer "No" to the question.

Cancellation Policy:

If a student is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, a notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge to paid hours or a $50 “no show” charge. This charge will also be applied if a student is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled drive lesson.
